The self-catering accommodation comprises
Two twin bedded double bedrooms each with modern shower rooms, both en-suite with low level flush toilet and hand basin. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with shelves and hanging space and a small dressing table. There is also one small bunk bedroom ideal for up to two children.
The villa has a large living area with comfortable seating for five, a kitchen and dining area including electric oven, hobs, fridge/freezer and microwave/grill. The living area has access via patio doors to the garden and extensive, tiled, south-facing patio with a sea view. There is a washing machine in one of the shower rooms which guests are welcome to use.
The comprehensive inventory includes digital satellite TV (limited TV and radio channels), DVD player with large DVD library, CD player, patio furniture and sun shade, electric fans, an iron and ironing board, hair drier and full cooking and dining facilities.

Casas del Sol is a small, perfectly located development with mature, well tended tropical gardens, large solar heated salt water swimming pool (incorporating children’s paddling pool and play area), two tennis courts and a boules area. There is a large parking lot and reception at the entrance to the development and access to Casa Margarita is via a service road which cars may only use for setting down and picking up. Reception is open daily between 9 am and midnight and the staff are there to assist you.

Booking Information
Our change-over day is Thursday which gives guests the best choice of flights from the UK. Linen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided. There is a weekly linen change and twice weekly cleaning and towel change. We respectfully request that you do not smoke inside the villa. A cheque deposit of £50 per adult (over 18) is required on booking with the remainder due four weeks before departure. On receiving your deposit we will send you a booking confirmation and our Local Fact Sheet.
Car hire, although not necessary, is relatively inexpensive (eg under £100 per week for an Opel Corsa for 7 days) and can be booked from the UK for collection and return at Arrecife airport. We recommend Cabrera Medina whose on-line booking is available at http://www.cabreramedina.com
Flights from the UK are typically between £80 and £180 return out of school holidays and are available from most UK airports. Most are charter flights but some carriers run a scheduled service from provincial airports at competitive prices and higher comfort levels. We recommend Flightline at http://www.flightline.co.uk for both flight information and bookings and we can help with both flights and car hire if requested
